Located in a residential area in North Jakarta, Indonesia, the 600 sqm house occupies a 440 sqm plot of land. This project’s site is facing a main road on the west side, and an alley on the other side (south side). We noticed that this site, particularly the one facing the main road, has a considerably large building line. And we are aware that the building line will decrease the building's size.

The abode design principle is influenced by the Balinese house principle—Asta Kosala Kosali and the tropical contemporary architecture style.
Wirawan House / RAW Architecture
"I want a house. A house to retreat, to relax with my family," explains homeowner Mr. Wirawan in his brief to Realrich Sjarief. Situated in the increasingly crowded West Jakarta area, the 500 sqm house occupies a 450 sqm plot of land. Reflected by owner's name, Wirawan House forest wood, Size-wise it is inconspicuous, but its exposed brassed wood facade gives it a humble look.
